| Support Overview
DDS systems and communications are directly supported
via the Customer Solutions Center, account managers and training
courses:
The Customer Solutions Center (CSC), DDS'
front line of support, provide complete support of all DDS systems
and the DDS communications network.
Every DDS client is represented by a DDS
account team. Account teams provide in-depth support for installation,
follow-up, problem solving and general consulting services. Account
teams also work with clients to implement DDS system feature requests.
DDS conducts extensive training on its systems,
available both in-house and at client offices. DDSU offers free
classes which provides free real-world training for specific systems
and tasks.
DDS senior staff and managers have decades
of experience in the advertising systems industry. Senior managers
support clients directly and by oversight of Product and Account
Teams. |
