In its second major release, in spring 2009, we enhanced the functionality of BrandOcean with important new capabilities:

  • Jobs Dashboard presents real-time job status information to anyone who needs it. Details include estimate-to-actual comparisons, purchase order information, time analysis, out of pocket, fees and studio charges. With Jobs Dashboard, you monitor jobs more efficiently and eliminate the need to make phone calls, run reports or attend weekly status meetings.
  • Resources is used to create campaigns, specify key project milestones, schedule staff and keep all parties informed and up to date.Expenses is used by the entire organization to submit expense reports for approval and route them to finance for automatic posting to accounts payable. Upon approval, employees may be cut checks for reimbursement or have the funds deposited directly into their bank accounts.Quick Reports provides snapshots of all aspects of the work, in various views, to anyone in the organization.
