Electronic insertion orders from Donovan Data Systems' digital media software populate the publisher's system

NEW YORK - In an industry first, electronic insertion orders sent from Donovan Data Systems' (DDS) (http://www.donovandata.com/) iDesk digital campaign management software can be transferred electronically into digital sellers’ systems.

Publishers and inventory aggregators now have an easy way to capture data elements from iDesk that are critical in the communication between sales reps and planners/buyers. This includes the client/product/estimate codes that agencies require on invoices as well as the unique ID for each placement managed within iDesk.

iDesk was the first digital campaign management system on the market to send electronic insertion orders to sites and receive back electronic confirmations. This new capability enhances Donovan Data Systems' electronic insertion order process by providing the agency’s insertion order details in a format that can be imported into sellers’ systems.

iDesk was also the first digital media buying system to implement an electronic proposal management process for interactive media buying, endorsed by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). Donovan Data Systems is a member of the IAB and a leading participant in the IAB's EDI initiative for digital media.
