FAQs
The RFP template opens in Read-Only mode.
You probably have a custom installation of Excel. Read how to open the template as an editable file.
The “Submit to iDesk” button is grayed out (disabled). How can I submit my proposal?
If your "Submit" button is disabled, save the RFP template as a tab-delimited Text (.txt) file. Then submit the .txt file for validation using the link on the RFP template.
Note: This usually occurs when Excel macros are disabled. The next time you download the RFP template you should enable macros.
Why did my proposal fail the validation process?
The validator will give you the reason for the failure. You may have neglected to fill in all required fields, or you added or changed columns, tabs or formulas.
