We provide various tools and utilities to support use of our systems. These address issues such as printing reports, uploading and downloading data, faxing system reports, managing online sessions and monitoring electronic report transactions.
Service Requests are commands you can enter from any mainframe screen to perform common functions such as signing on to our network, correcting input errors, moving between systems and viewing and printing reports.
Service Requests enable you to:
List reports available for printing, display their contents and schedule them for printing
Swap among up to four eServer sessions without closing any of them
Monitor electronic report transactions (faxes) with the Electronic Transaction Information screen
List and recall recent broadcast messages
Copy and print screens for reference
