What to expect
Your first interview will focus on your experience and achievements as well as your suitability for a role at DDS. Depending on the role you're applying for, you may be asked to make a presentation or be given a short test.
If you're successful and the job appeals to you, you'll be invited back for second interview. Throughout the process, we're looking for individuals who are team players and like an intellectual challenge.
How to prepare
Do your research and learn as much as you can about DDS and the marketing communications industry. The more you know about us, the more confident you’ll be in the interview.
Make the most of your interview. Come prepared to ask questions and use the time as an opportunity to find out more about DDS. Our dress code is business casual, but if you're working in a client facing role we expect you to wear something appropriate. Make sure your CV is up to date and bring it with you as we'll refer to it throughout the interview. Although interviews can be nerve-racking try and be yourself, because we're looking for people who are smart but open and honest too.
Joining us
If you're successful and we feel you'll make a contribition to DDS, we'll make you an offer. We try to let all applicants know within a day or two of their interview. Once you accept our offer we'll send you details of what you need to do next, as well as information about company benefits.
