New functionality includes EDI components for order processing. Electronic connectivity with your rep’s or station’s order processing system saves time and eliminates discrepancies. Spot Desktop displays all orders in one central inbox, providing easy order tracking.
Spot Desktop transforms makegood analysis, providing a one-screen process for makegood analysis and approval. You can also see the effects of makegoods on your schedule and demos before you apply them.
Built-in reporting capabilities eliminates the need to exit to additional application and request printed reports.
“The new rollout has been a joint effort by many teams at DDS, including Product Development, account teams, Integrated Training, and the Customer Solutions Center. They have all been actively involved in our beta-testing, which began in the summer of 2005,” states Vanover.
