| The new Fax Report option in the Spotpak Order Manager application details all changes made to a buy since the last order was sent. “This is a great time-saver for both buyers and sellers,” says Jacqueline Vanover, Spot Media product director at DDS: “Previously, buyers would have to add comments to explain changes made to the buy, and sellers would have to manually compare new and existing orders to find the changes.”
The Fax Report feature also allows users to resend the previous version of the buy, useful in cases where the seller misplaces his or her copy of the fax. The buyer can also print a copy of the fax that was sent to the seller, supplying the buyer with an exact copy of the report that the seller receives.
