| New online capabilities in DDS’ AdBuyer application simplify the insertion order (IO) and space reservation process for magazines, newspapers, out-of-home, and interactive.
Online Submissions Ease the Buy Process
Using AdBuyer’s enhanced Internet features, you can send publications a link to IOs and space reservations directly from AdBuyer. You no longer need to enter additional applications for this purpose or create and send email attachments, saving the trafficker and buyer a great deal of time and effort.
Automatic email confirmations indicate when the publication accesses the online link. Approvals and rejections also arrive via email. And AdBuyer always contains the up-to-the-minute status of the orders and reservations.
“Web IOs are fast, user-friendly, and work well. Reporting can be nearly instantaneous, depending on the pub’s response time. We are very pleased with the product, and have enjoyed contributing to this latest development,” says Sharon Mac Kenzie at McCann-Erickson.
Tracks Complete History
AdBuyer maintains a record of all communications and saves previous versions of IOs and space reservations. It thereby provides a complete audit trail of all IO and reservation activity.
Quick Identification of Changes
Revision orders restate the entire order for the month. New, changed, cancelled, or unchanged insertions are color-coded, indicating their status at a glance.
Integrated Fax Delivery Notification
For agencies that choose to continue to fax insertion orders, fax delivery notifications appear directly in AdBuyer, eliminating the need to check fax status elsewhere. | |
