| Donovan Data Systems (DDS) is pleased to expand its relationship with the TVB's ePort initiative.
Effective immediately, DDS sales systems (MediaOcean and Reppak) will receive original orders from non-DARE agencies through ePort.
By the end of 2008, DDS' agency clients using its latest version of Spot Desktop to purchase local television will be able to send original orders and revisions to non-DARE stations using TVB's xml schema.
These capabilities will augment DDS' current DARE eBusiness capabilities used by all of its clients, both sellers and buyers, who processed over five million electronic transactions in 2007.
"DDS is happy to continue its long-standing partnership with the TVB, and to provide both our sell and buy side clients with these additional capabilities in order to increase their use of eBusiness," says Michael Donovan, chairman and CEO, Donovan Data Systems, Inc.
“We applaud DDS’ commitment during this decisive 2008 commencement period. We continue to move toward the goal of end-to-end eBusiness; so that the full suite of transactions may be used by every station, every agency and every provider,” said Chris Rohrs, TVB president.
